I led the end-to-end visual execution and brand guidelines for SUSHIRO’s seasonal fair campaigns from February 2026 onwards, managing high-volume monthly menu rollouts across digital, print, and retail touchpoints, focusing on showcasing the rich diversity and premium quality of featured products. This involved conceptualizing primary Key Visuals (KVs) and developing a comprehensive system of visual derivatives, ranging from high-impact in-store A1 posters, localized POP materials, and strategic store layout guidelines to dynamic social media content.
For example, in the 'Ocean Odyssey' fair, the visual strategy focused on elevated food styling and a sophisticated ocean-themed aesthetic, utilizing clean layouts and curated marine elements to communicate freshness and a premium dining experience.
