I initiated and executed a strategic visual redesign for SUSHIRO's digital touch panel screens, introducing a brand-new in-store marketing channel that had never been utilized prior to my tenure. Collaborating closely with the Head of Operations, I created a simple way to feature selected products right on customer screens so they would stand out.
The creative strategy went beyond traditional Call to Actions (CTA) by integrating immersive product storytelling and customer education. Crafting concise, engaging visual guides about the origin, flavor profiles, and unique characteristics of each featured item. This initiative successfully transformed a passive ordering interface into an interactive educational and promotional tool, significantly driving sales conversion.
